My Story

Eating and drinking came naturally to me. Just ask my mum about her past pregnancy cravings. Appreciating cuisine and its journey from farm to table at its fullest sense took a little longer.

I spent much of my late teens and early twenties living across France, China and Spain. When I returned back to the Uk with a clearer understanding of my passions - I studied Anthropology in London. My “ethnographic” lens always honed in on what food communicates about people and where they are from.

Since, I moved into the luxury travel industry - where I now have my dream job. I design bespoke & personalised journeys across the globe with food as the centrepiece. The inspiring team I am a part of now all share the philosophy that understanding a place best is done through the roots of its food.
