My Story
Eating without compromise came naturally to me. Just ask my mum about her pregnancy cravings with me. Appreciating cuisine and its cultural meaning took a little longer.
I spent much of my late teens and early twenties living across France, China and Spain. When I returned back to the UK with a clearer understanding of my passions, I decided to study Anthropology in London. My “ethnographic” lens always honed in on what food can communicate about people and place.
Since, I have moved into the luxury travel industry, where I managed to stumble upon my dream job. I design bespoke & personalised journeys internationally with food as the centrepiece.
